Looking forward to returning to Seattle. Beautiful City.
Great fights were put together on paper, and really only one didn't live up to my expectations (I wanted Melvin to win decisively). Dunham and Sherk lived up to it, and I hoped to see Bader be dominant. The under card was really good (gotta DL the untelevised prelims), and I left the sports bar before the main event because I really don't care for either Mir or Cro Cop, and it like the 10 minute drive home was more eventful than the fight. All in all something needs to be done about the judging, because that shit last night was horrible. I want...

Workouts were good today. I have about a pound to go before I'm officially on weight, and I'm still strong. Wednesday is going to be a great day. Thanks guys for all your support.
